Ubiquity University: European UAP Disclosure Summit

Francisco Guerreiro was invited by Ubiquity University to talk online about the efforts to implement a European system to collect, monitor, and manage data related to Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). Between 2019 and 2024, he was the only Member of the European Parliament who openly debated the topic through a scientific lens and pushed for reforms in the EU institutions as well as in Member States. Besides pushing for this harmonization system, he also worked to reinforce the protection of professionals who observed such events, as well as to fight against the stigma such professionals feel when debating the topic in private and public spheres.
