The numerous negative effects of pesticide use are obvious and well documented. This law is crucial to finally reducing pesticide use in the EU. It will set reduction targets and legal obligations for pesticide users regarding training, advice and the need for preventive measures (including the implementation and documentation of integrated pest management). I voted against.
