Poland decides that anomalies of the fetus are unconstitutional abortion

Brussels, 30 October 2020 - Last week, the Polish Constitutional Court decided to consider abortion performed due to fetal anomalies to be unconstitutional. 

Due to this measure, 97.3% of legal interruptions will no longer be carried out.

Several MEPs, including Francisco Guerreiro, spoke out against this and sent a letter to the country's authorities.
