Common agricultural policy: financing, management and monitoring (A8-0199/2019 - Ulrike Müller)

I voted against the final report on the CAP Horizontal Regulation because one of the most important aspects of this portfolio - the monitoring of 'performance' and the sanctions associated with conditionality based on results and financial aspects - was diluted by the main groups, affecting the European objectives for the climate, biodiversity, citizens and animal welfare.
