Objection pursuant to Article 112(2), (3) and (4)(c): Maximum residue limits for tricyclazole

Tricyclazole is banned in the EU. The maximum residue limit should be kept at 0.01 for food safety reasons. It makes no sense to increase the MRL ninefold for an active substance that is banned in the EU, especially since we don't need these imports for our food safety. I voted in favor of this objection.
