Greens/EFA MEP sends letter to EC Vice-Presidents regarding human rights in Vietnam

Brussels, 15 September 2020 – The MEP Francisco Guerreiro (Greens/EFA) signed a letter to the European Commission Vice-Presidents Josep Borell and Valdis Dombrovskis on the EU-Vietnam free trade agreement and investment protection agreement, that came into force this summer.

The MEP, along with other signatories, highlights the growing number of prisioners and the human rights violations since then.
