Fur Free Europe Working Group calls for EU-wide ban on fur farming

Brussels, February 7, 2023 - After the “Fur Free Animal” petition reached 1.4 million signatures, the European Parliament's Animal Welfare Intergroup Working Group 'Fur Free Europe', to which Francisco Guerreiro MEP belongs, has drafted a letter in which they ask the European Commission to recognize and support their calls for an EU-wide ban on fur farming and the import of farmed fur into the European market.
