Francisco Guerreiro MEP attends European Vegan Summit

Brussels, September 21, 2023 - On Thursday afternoon, September 21, Francisco Guerreiro MEP took part in the European Vegan Summit 2023, organized by the Green REV Institute and held exclusively online.
This is the first event of its kind in Europe. A place where activists, politicians, businesspeople and academics meet on a stage. “We believe it's time to start connecting the dots between the world of human rights, environmental rights and animal rights. It is impossible to create a modern nation and develop competitive economies without changing the food system. Only an economy without animal exploitation can respond to the challenges posed by the climate catastrophe,” say the organizers.
