Fight against late payment in commercial transaction

Less than 40% of payments in the EU are made on time, creating considerable economic and social consequences. Micro-enterprises and SMEs, which rely on regular and predictable cash flows, are heavily affected by these negative consequences. This has to stop. We want clear deadlines and more protection for creditors to avoid late payments.
