Brussels, March 22, 2023 - Josep Borrell Fontelles, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, responded to MEPs about a letter sent about the Moldova Preparedness Action Plan in light of the worsening security situation in the country, MEP Francisco Guerreiro was one of the signatories.
