Draft amending budget No. 3/2023: Updating of revenue (own resources) and other technical adjustments

I voted in favor of this draft amending budget. Although we don't normally associate amending budgets, which are exercises with different elements and headings, we supported DAB3, as it integrates the updated forecast on the revenue side of the budget (own resources) and implements the new budget elements on the expenditure side (Defense Industrial Strengthening Instrument and European Chips Act) for the 2023 budget. As Greens, we had already supported DAB 3 in committee and voted in favor of it in plenary.
