We naturally support this Amending Budget No. 1, which will make the Ukraine Budget Facility operational without delay. During the negotiations on the report we managed to strengthen the funding lines for humanitarian aid in the context of support for Ukraine but also in the international context due to growing needs for humanitarian support.
