Patrícia Matos
Communication Coordinator
I am a doctoral student in Social Sciences at the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences (ISCSP), in the Political Science field, and I am developing my thesis on Political Communication and social networks.
I have a master's degree in Political Science from ISCSP and a degree in Journalism and Communication from the School of Education and Social Sciences of the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre.
I am a co-author of several scientific articles.
For 13 years, I was a journalist at TVI, one of the private television channels in Portugal, and presented, for 10 years, the program 'Diário da Manhã', between 6:30 am and 10:00 am. I was part of the founding project of TVI 24 and worked at the Society and Economy desks.
I am a professor at Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a trainer in media training.
Outside of work, I like to read and travel, without a destination. I have always practiced sport and currently I practice boxing at least three times a week.
